Want to help with one of the many volunteer opportunities?

Check out the Schedule of Events for a list of all the things to see and do during this incredible weekend. Below, we list just a few highlights.

Come see awesome model train layouts at businesses and homes throughout Blissfield! Don't miss the model train layout located at Doug Tagsold's home, a replica of the Toledo Terminal from 1979 that includes all of the switching operations of all the Toledo area railroads, which included Conrail, Chessie, N&W, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Toledo, and Lake Shore.

Be sure to check out the Blissfield Model Railroad Club's open house. The Blissfield Model Railroad Club just moved into their new location, and created a whole new scene for you and your family!

Individuals can also climb aboard a real diesel locomotive with caboose. The Adrian & Blissfield Rail Road is offering rides to the West Depot and back for $5 per person. Tickets must be purchased at the A&B Depot. Train hours are limited.

Make reservations for the A&B Rail Road Dinner Train on Saturday night starting at 6 pm. Call 888-467-2451 for details and pricing.

There's also lots of great stuff going on at the Blissfield Middle School all weekend long. See many modular layouts and a big Train Show Buy-Sell-Swap event each day!

And last but not least, make sure you stop into the historic Depot in downtown Blissfield while you are in town. New this year are tours of historic homes and buildings in Blissfield--including the Victorsville one-room schoolhouse!

Join the 5K Choo-choo Chug Run/Walk on Sunday, April 27. Registration starts at 8:30am, and the race starts at 10am. For more details, visit blissfield.net. Proceeds support the Miss River Raisin Festival Scholarship Fund.
