This is Bliss.
Welcome to the Blissfield DDA/Main Street! We invite you to explore a taste of the varied natural and economic assets our community has to offer. Please check out the site’s different sections for information on downtown events, programs for business owners, and more. Also, check us out on Facebook and Twitter.
The Blissfield DDA/Main Street organization was founded on June 23, 2010, when Governor Jennifer Granholm recognized the Village of Blissfield as a Michigan Main Street community. Since then, volunteers have put in thousands of hours to make this program a success. Their efforts have produced exciting events and projects aimed at improving and celebrating our great community.
We host an annual Parade of Lights event. The 2014 event was sponsored by Anderson-Rudd Funeral Home. One of our residents, Dick Saxton, recorded it for us. Enjoy!

We invite you to be our guest, dine with us, shop with us, become one of us and you’ll see what we mean when we say…
